প্রার্থীদের মূল পাসপোর্ট ও পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ১২ কপি রঙ্গিন (ল্যাব প্রিন্ট, ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড সাদা) ছবি দিতে হবে।
